Our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks. However, if you need your order sooner, we may be able to help. Contact us to discuss a faster turnaround. Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we always strive to meet them where possible.

Returns

As all our products are made-to-order, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customised items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be easily resold. Returned items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage that occurs during transit. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
